EXUP

Less compute.Same result.

Find the fastest and cheapest sufficient execution path — then prove it against an agreed benchmark.

EXUP is one product family with two modules: Optimizer finds the better execution strategy. Benchmark measures whether the result still holds.

Optimize. Then prove.

The optimizer and the benchmark are separate jobs. One searches for a better execution path. The other verifies that the agreed result was preserved.

Module 01

EXUP Optimizer

Find the minimum sufficient system for a workload: lower cost, lower latency, fewer calls, smaller models or a better execution strategy — without crossing the agreed quality floor.

Module 02

EXUP Benchmark

Run a bounded, pre-agreed test with a fixed quality threshold and compute budget. Measure baseline versus optimized execution before deciding whether to deploy anything.

Why EXUP

Your AI bill does not tell you what was necessary.

Lower cost

Measure the minimum spend required to stay above the agreed quality threshold.

Lower latency

Remove unnecessary calls, retries and serial execution from the critical path.

Less compute

Use the smallest sufficient model, route or execution strategy for each task.

Method

Measure first. Optimize second. Verify before deployment.

01

Define

Agree workload, result threshold and compute budget.

02

Baseline

Measure current cost, latency, calls and outcome quality.

03

Optimize

Search alternative execution strategies under the same result constraint.

04

Benchmark

Verify the delta before production adoption.

Commercial model

Licensed technology. Not SaaS.

EXUP runs inside the customer’s infrastructure. Pricing follows verified compute value, not seats, tokens or company size.

Controlled benchmark

Free

One agreed workload, frozen baseline, fixed quality threshold and bounded compute budget. No measurable improvement means no commercial commitment.

Integration

€10k–€50k

One-time integration fee based on workload complexity, deployment boundary and required validation.

Production license

€50k–€500k / year

Annual technology license based on the workload’s compute exposure and verified economic value.

Value royalty

15–20%

Share of independently measurable compute savings. Exclusivity and private deployment are priced separately.

For high-volume workloads, the standard structure is an integration fee, an annual minimum license and a share of verified savings. Customer data and models stay with the customer.

Controlled access

Start with one workload.

The first benchmark is free within an agreed compute budget. Access is approved individually, identity-based and time-limited.
